            1. ERAP – Emergency Response Assistance Plan

       Elaboration and availability of ERAP is a mandatory requirement for organizations operating fire and explosion dangerous and chemically hazardous production facilities where can happen emergencies attended by instantaneous release of fire and explosion dangerous and toxic substances, as well as by explosions of apparatuses, explosions in production facilities and outdoor installations. This can lead to demolition of buildings, constructions, production equipment, injury of people and adverse environmental effect.
       This mandatory requirement is also applicable for those organizations which carry out loading and discharging of dangerous goods.

            2. OSRP – Oil Spill Response Plan

       Organizations possessing hazardous production facilities should have Oil Spill Response Plan elaborated and approved in accordance with the established procedure and the requirements for elaboration and approval of Oil Spill Response Plan in the Russian Federation.
       OSRP is a mandatory document determining measures and actions required for prevention, early detection and rectification of the consequences of oil spills at the facilities where emergency oil spill had happened, as well as for protection of staff, inhabitants of the nearest inhabited localities and the environment from the harmful effect.

            3. Plans for improvement of protection at the facilities of critical importance

       Plan for improvement of protection at the facilities of critical importance is an action plan of organizational, regulatory, legal, methodic, engineering and technical, economic, social and other nature realized by executive bodies, local government bodies, organizations and public, and intended to improve protection of people and the facilities of critical importance.
       The aim of improvement of protection is determining and approval at all the levels of the government of a united approach to carrying out of measures for significant improvement of protection at the facilities of critical importance.
